The mains are not cut short for the elec guys. The mains are at the length they are to get everyone out before midnight & keep the people that can do 15 min happy .Have you seen the start of sportsman buggy? When we have a low turn out & Dan bumps the mains up to 20-25 min the last 3-5 min look just like the first 1/2 lap. When Dan increases mains to 20 min the people that run elec run till their car stops & then pulls off the track I have yet to see tears from these grown men when that happens.They all look happy they got to run longer.
