I hit something (the wall) on the track and my S9351 Futaba servo did that afterward. I was sweating pretty bad as it cost me $119.
I deduced that the plastic arm got knocked around during impact and was stuck several degrees from center. I did did the same thing jrwoodchuck suggested above, except I also replaced the arm since it was stripped.
Problem solved.
