right, it should have descent performance for the first gallon then after that all of a sudden its like woa! yeah!!. pinch and compression are different, metal pinch should be gone but compression should be around for a long while. i always ran the odonnell 99 plugs, bought one with every new gallon and never had an issue in over 4 gallons.
