I own one, steel ball bearing both rear and front, slightly ported sleeve, crank shaft as well, but not sure about does ceo do timing mod; this motor is bid from ebay about 3 gal through it, I have around 2 gal likely, still strong, but i can't found the CEO home page now!

this ceo modded RB WS7III is a very fast motor I ever seen! love it very much!
