Heavier front diff oil will loose some off-power steering but the car will be smoother entering turns and easier to drive.It will also pull better out of turns.
Heavier center will also loose some off power steering but the car will give more on power steering and more acceleration
Heavier rear will loose some off power steering but will slight better on power and the rear will feel like it has more traction because it won't tend to loose suddenly the grip as it might happen with 1000 diff oil(not always the case though).
