the twitching is only wil the car in in the air and in a nutral position. this is common with fast digital servos. when they first were used in airplanes around 10 years ago, this was showing up in the control surfaces when the got up to a certin size. there is a fix for that, but sence it really only shows up when the car is on a starter box or car stand, it's nothing to worry about. just grab the wheels and it will stop.

the fix is to drill a hole below the one that is being used on the horn now. if your horn already has adjustment holes, then just go for the next one in. yes it will "slow" the steering down but it will give you more torque. this is something we did on tail servos on helicopters to stop the "wag" in flight.
