Ya I know I wont rush anything but if I can do it correctly can it be done? Also for the method above what throttle should I keep it at. 1/4 at first and slowly vary the throttle more? During each five minute cycles should I be checking temps to be sure its keeping around 200? If its not can I lean it out a little or is that bad too?
