Guys do it for different reasons. It helps the car jump flatter, it helps with some steering or at least taking away some rear traction. Personally I think I'm going to go with a 2 cell lipo in the batt box and try a 2* or 2 1/2* rear toe plate. I don't mind the battery up there, but it sure does look hack and makes it a pain to take the mud guard off and clean the buggy up.

I'm betting we'll see a redesigned rc8 in the summer sometime. Almost think they'd have to if they want to keep up with the joneses. But when you have cav and maifield in the stable that helps keep the cars current for the better part of a decade or so. But 1/8 buggy is a different ballgame than 2 wheel cars.

I love AE more than any other car, but go TEBO & LUTZ!!
( I know they drive different cars, I just like the drivers)
