I would post a pic if I had a digital camera with me. I'll see if I can get my brother to bring up one of them. I'll take a pic as soon as possible.
Aren't you going to be at the track tomorrow? I can just show you. It saves a lot of space. You can lay all of your stuff down flat on the chassis and still have room for a GT7 if need be.
*Doh!* I just remembered. Here's a couple pics of my Reedy car that Tamiya has on their site. It shows the space savings. I mounted my transponder on top of the servo but should have mounted it underneath the steering (looks cleaner):
As you can see there is plenty of room. It may not seem like it in the pics but there's lots of space between the electronics.
