I use to race at the Coliseum all the time, it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get there from Morgantown. Sometimes less. Usually there aren't any cops until you get to the Cumberland area. It's not that bad of a drive and the track is certainly worth it.

Zaner pretty much nailed everything around this area. There's an offroad track in Fairmont but there's no lights or timing. It's more of a practice track. There's also a track in Beckley and an indoor track in Washington, PA. Both are offroad.
