I believe Keven posted what his droop was but for the life of me I can't remember it either.
As for the Integy pieces, I would stay away from everything except for the servo saver piece. The tolerance is to much and to align the car takes some effort. A friend of mine tried them and he took them off of the car. The plastic pieces will work good. Aluminum bends and then it is worthless.
