I found it. I'll be in line with everything but 4 cell restriction and motor choice so it seems for now anyway. I've got the new 4 cells from my failed attempt at 17.5 4 cell TA. I'd need a 13.5 if I wanted to run at a sanctioned event. Not too bad really.
