I have a big problem with where the small ball screws, screw into the front knuckles, they just keep ripping out all the time. Has anyone experienced this, and is there a way of solving this poroblem. I have heard that the losi xxx knuckles fit and they are a better fit, it seems every time i race even with out smashing in the slightest, after the race it is almost fallen out.

I don't know about the Losi part, but it sounds like your knuckles are stripped. Buy a new pair, and this time be careful not to overtighten them. You could use super glue or epoxy as a temporary fix to re-thread your current knuckles, but it is just that, a temporary fix and will not last long.
