This can happen pretty easily when you are putting the hinge pins and arms back in their place while re-assembling, be very careful when doing this be sure not to squeeze and get a bad fit otherwise it will mess up the toe, take the car apart put the pins into the outer block and slide the arms on then evening slide the hinge pins into the back bracket being aware to do it evenly, sometimes takes a couple of times to get it right...
