In Europe we run 16% Nitro in 2,11 engines, and that's why the European company Novarossi develops their engines for 16% nitro.

More nitro is only useful for people that can't adjust an engine

A lot of serious racers in the US are starting 16% as well, since it keeps the mileage up.
