Not sure that I would use one. It's metal on metal inside the motor. Can't be good regardless of what people say.
I use zip ties or even easier just shove the back end of one of your cleaning brushes into the exhaust port. Don't even have to remove the glow plug.
I got one of those Integy turbo piston stops last week and will never use it again. It did not thread in & out smoothly at all.
