Its just a table top light. Nicely packaged for travel, uses a nice florescent type bulb for long use... etc etc etc

I got my "knock-off" at an Anderson's (an Ohio thing)... but most Meijer, Wal-mart's, and various named "craft" stores carry the knock-off of some form or another..

And as a previous poster stated, I too tested against an actual Ott... I did this by swapping mine with the other persons at the track... he didn't notice til he noticed that I put an AE sticker where his LOSI one was...On the BACK.
