18 vertex engine need help
hello everyone i just got this car from a guy and am prety much new to the game here and needed a little help the pul start string was broke when i got it i retwined it and got it half ass working first off when i got it to start it was reving high and the wheels were engaged then it would cut off after 3 sec or i figured the hight reving wa carb open to much or something but what would make the wheels engage,
and 2 i would like to change the pull start that i totaly broke now with a electric start can anyone tell me what part i need and where is the best place to purchase such part online
