Clean it up, get 'er pinched, slap in some new bearings in and run that modded monster. The sleeve mods look like they will really sing.
If the crank duration hasent been changed too much it should still tune well. I love old restore projects like this. Maybe install a turbo head button and a new 60 mill head if you have one laying around. You might be surprised...!
