Im not sure if it's the chassis, but some people had that problem with the motor plate deforming due to too much heat. Personally, I never had a problem with stock motor mount and 27t motor. Perhaps try replacing the motor plate screws(attaching to bulkhead, not motor) with machined screws and they stay threaded better and dont back out as easily. 414 bulkhead isnt plastic, so it should be much better.
