The Ninja and V-Spec are the same the only difference is the cosmetic differneces of the engines. I would say that, if you go with either you can't go wrong.
Not quite,
from my understanding the jx ninja has
.28 case
more ports than the v spec
has the hardened and filled crank similar to the os speed
but either way both are great engines
