So it's now been a week since I ordered my cutter. USCutter claimed they shipped it on the 27th from Chicago via UPS Ground. Since then the tracking has said "Billing Information Received". UPS Ground is only a one day trip from Chicago to me. I've been in contact with USCutter via e-mail and phone.
I've been told 3 times now that they're checking into it, and they'll get back to me, yet I've heard nothing back. I should have had this damn thing by Tuesday or Wednesday, and the way it's looking now I'll be doing good to have it by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
I've gotta say I'm anything but impressed with them right now.
Donno what to tell you bud....i ordered mine on Monday and got it Thursday. I wouldn't be so quick to judge teh company based on "shipping"...if it said it was shipped, then all you can do is wait for it. I made mmy $$ back with this cutter in 1 paintjob. Now everything is profit from here.
