Its very important that you learn how clutches work. make sure you learn the difference between Composite clutch shoes and Aluminum, and what the different clutch springs do, how quickly they engage, how much bite they have, what different weight clutch shoes will do. make sure your clutch is not engaging at idle. Scuff up the inside of clutch bells to help with sliping clutch shoes. search the threads there is a ton of info on clutches.
