Just thought I'd post a quick heads-up here...
A few pages back in this thread I asked if anyone knew of a PDF reader that would allow us to change the setup sheets and save the changes... Adobe reader doesn't save changes, and their Acrobat software is a bit pricey at $299... Mike Haynes made the suggestion to fill in the form using Adobe Reader, and then using the snapshot tool to save the completed setup sheet as a "gif" file. That works, but it's tedious to edit the gif if you make minor changes...
I've found a freeware pdf reader called Foxit reader which allows you to make changes to the pdf forms and save and/or print the changes. I downloaded it from Tucows...
