Just want some opinions on modding .32 engines? Would they go crazy after modding?

For example, taking a axial .32 and getting a high stage mod done to it, putting on a bump start backplate and adding ceramic bearings and putting it in a buggy to bash around, would it be crazy fast? Or not worth the time and effort?

Anyone seen this done before or does anyone know of any vids?
