Most if not all 1/8 cars kits are made overseas, or at least the components are.
The HB is cerainly not a Losi copy but it does flatter it by using some of the things that make a Losi good. The rear pivot blocks are wide and the rear arms are shorter. Losi was first with this change buy Odonell has it, Xray experimented with it prior to using it in the 808 and Jammin have been running a similar setup. It's one of the things that make the Losi (and HB) quick to change directions. Front end design is similar, and Losi used a shorter shock with bigger bore on the rear, HB has gone a step farther and is using a VERY short rear shock setup. Not a copy or a clone but it does acknowledge some of Losi's innovations.
