Check your driveshaft going from the transmission to the front diff.
i checked the driveshaft but that wasn't it. i also took the transmission apart and when i opened it up there were metal shavings all over. i checked all the gears and took them apart and cleaned them and put it back together. after it was put back together, i get this grinding noise when i push it. i cant figure out what it can be.
