The losi diffs are designed to slip, a little.
assemble the diff, slap it in your car, hold both wheels, and try to spin the spur, it should be adjusted to the point where it is very had to turn, yet it should feel as if the diff is really loose.
Adjust it from there, and keep in mind that the front should be tighter than the rear.
Thats roughly what I have been doing. I wanted to just double check as I know the Losi diffs are slightly different from normal diffs.
