Another great aspect about the Type R is the fact that the lipo is enclosed within the chasis. At the track the other day, a guy with a xray t2 07 got t-boned on the batt side and it dented his pack making it useless. He even had a little lerf/balencing bar on that side. On the losi, if you wreck hard enough to dent the battery, the condition of the battery probably wont be the first thing on your mind.
