I actually have a torque screwdriver from work & set to 15 in/lb feels good,dont know if thats right but its what I've been using.That feels like get them medium snug(finger tight/restience felt) then about 1/4 turn,so pretty much what everyone else said. Important thing is dont use a cheater on the wrench,if your hand cant grip the allen driver tight enough then you've already tightened the screw too tight.
