Stock RC8 springs are 1.0. Stiffer springs raise the stall speed and can help you make more bottom end power on a motor like a Ws7. The trade off is that they come in harder, and you can lose traction easier.

Lighter springs will lower the stall and smooth out engagement, but can bog the engine if too soft.
