Nothing is visibly broken, we have disassembled the engine 3 times! There are only 2 possibilities left.
1. Leaky front bearing.
2. Crankcase has a hairline crack, which is not visible to the naked eye, or to the spotlight, and magnifying glass!
I am going to do 1 final break down on Friday, and and I will let you all know what I find.
Is the engine wet after running it? Also try looking for the crack with a jeweler x10 eye piece. most of the time the cracks are straight down the center of the case on the raw material line. look there..
