Use the same ball as the opposite end of your steering tie rod... The end that connects to your steering post, is a hollow ball, screw goes all the way through. I just used that same ball, used a convex washer and shimmed it up so it wouldnt put anything in a bind when suspension arm travels upward... easy fix and you probably have the parts in your box already
