MBX5R Diff - Question
Just bought a used MBX5R and was going through the front diff and thought something looked weird. Is it normal/good design for the bottom of the diff to just be open like that, therefore allowing all sorts of dirt/mud/sand/water up into there. I think that is how it's suppose to be only because the chassis does have a cut out allowing the big gear some clearance room. Just curious as to peoples thoughts on the design and if it has led to problems? Thanks!
