Yes,
The car dies immediately the problem is that when this happens. You've generally got some good compression going as in speed. The car will usually drift another good 50ft with the speed its built up. Just to put it out there it happen to me once too. Luckily for me my plug was sitting in the cooling head after it happen. Chance of finding the plug again 2% even if you found the plug would you really want to put it back in your ride? Think about it its been ejected 6ft or more in the air. Has hit the ground pretty hard no telling what went up inside her. For 6 bucks I put in a new plug and call it even. As compared to ruining a $200 engine over a grain of sand that you did'nt see stuck in the plug.
