IMO you would want to use a bearing that has a rubber seal for the dusty/dirty enviroment. Even though the rubber sealed bearing will have a higher "drag" on the inner and outer race. The rubber shields are easier to remove and reinstall when cleaning and re-oiling them. I have had great luck with APS Ceramics and Avid Revolutions
