I've got the mugen super grease coming so I'm going to grease the o-ring (been using associated green slime), outdrive and shim behind internal bevel gears. When you grease the outdrive, are you placing grease in the slot on the outdrive?
Turbine_au , they are refering to the Plastic cup that the gears sit in ,lightly sand the whole face on a piece of glass and some 1200 grit wet&dry paper until the face is flat , you will need to run 2 gaskets when you sand the diff cup . I personally measure the whole width of the cup before i start and then sand down the width of a gasket (0.3mm if i remember right) this way the internal clearances are the same as Mugen intended but that being said most people don't go to this extreme..
