I had the same issue when i did my short arm conversion, so cut a little of my blade on the right side, to allow some space between the blade and the diff bolt.

I have no problems with that... I'm running the out of the box susp blocks and the out of the box 44mm axles. I heve about 2 or 3mm space between the blade. What camber do you drive? I'm running 1.5 degrees
Interesting how there is some inconsistencies with short arm clearance.
How did you guys set the diff when you built it. Did you tighten the diff down as far as it goes and then let it out abit or did you just tighten it enough to where you like it. I think the first way may compress the spring more and create more clearance.
