Default Hitec 5625 or 5645 for throttle/brake in a buggy?

5645
165oz/0.18sec

5625
133oz/0.14sec

Im looking into changing my throttle servo and would like some input on these two options.
I'm mainly concerned on the speed of the 5645/.18sec and the power of the 5625/133oz.
Is the .18 fast enough for the throttle?
Up to now i've been using a KO analog servo 90oz/.06sec but i can't see the speed difference compared to my Hitec 5985.
Does a higher torque motor last longer than a lower torque faster servo?
I'm asking this because in theory it should since the motor won't have to put all it's power to the needed application.
