got to race mine again for the 1st time in 8 weeks

Using a Speed Passion 10.5s all weekend and ran a best of 11.96s lap against open class 11.20s lap

lying 12th after r4 then improved in r5 only to pipped by a few others in heats 5 & 6 in r5 which put down in 15th & then finished 5th in B final running the Speed Passion 10.5s

Camber, set to run foams flat

C12 Hot Bodies Shock / Hara Medium spring / 30wt Oil
Shock Length to give approx 1-1.5mm pod droop
Kit ball studs plus 1mm shim on motor pod
0.070 flex plates (DB3010)
Tubes in rear position / 5000wt Oil in tubes
3.5mm Ride height
172mm wide

Didn't touch the car at all apart from changing the tyres & batteries. Wanted to change something but didn't dare as I was having such a ball and I was getting quicker each run

Car was on rails, eating the faster open class cars in & through the corners, only to loose 4 to 5 feet on the straight

All in all a good day.

edit the above setup for 6.5BL & lower please to give a starting point for a low to medium grip carpet for the next round or maybe SlowerOne will post his setup here to from the same event
