Not for some time now. All the laptops I've gotten in at work over the past 3 years and most of the ones I've seen at stores when shopping around now use a Li Ion battery or use a long AA sized NiMh battery.
I've got 3 generations of laptops sitting on my desk right now that all use Li Ion batteries.
