Get 4 o rings. Remove the 4 screws that hold down the layshaft/spur part of the top deck-the 4 rearmost screws. get 4 button head screws, and 4 washers. Put on a washer and then an o ring on each screw. Replace the flat head screws with the 4 button heads and washers. Tighten enough to start compressing the o rings, but don't squash them.
