Default Shipping container as drivers stand...help

A while back our track got vandalized, and now we just got a shipping container to use as a stand. We need some ideas for the stairs and railings. We're need to get it up and running ASAP so we could really use some ideas on the above, even better, some pics would be great.
What we have in mind so far is to sheet the top with plywood, then probably weld on some perches to mount 4x4 posts to on the 4 corners and every 8' or so in between. Then 2x4's for the railings on top of the 4x4's. For stairs we may be able to salvage the wooden ones from the old stand, then weld on mounts and such for set them up. Not sure on that quite yet.
The club has limited funds now, but have quite a bit of lumber on hand. The price of steel now is going to make it tough to build the rest.

thanks in advance.
