Blowing plugs mean one of two things typically.
Is it black on the face? If yes, you're running to lean, generally on bottom and to rich on top.
Is is still kinda shiny? Too rich on bottom.
A nice golden brown? Great tune.
Not gospel by any means but it should be a great start.
