1. No, since these wouldn't be legal for racing by any sanctioning body anywhere on Earth.
2. I wouldn't purchase packs from any company that had pictures of shoddy battery pack construction on their site, never mind the pictures taken on a dirty stove instead of on a more professional looking piece of seamless.
