Default Fioroni "Vario" clutch

I just bought Fioroni’s Vairo clutch last week. I took it to the track this weekend and had some problems. I’m using it with Fioroni’s 13t clutch bell.
First off, the bell actually leaves a slight bit of the clutch shoes showing.
Secondly, the real problem was that the shoes would get stuck slightly engaged, enough that hitting the break would kill the engine. I tried loosing the clutch nut a bit to see if the tension was causing the problem, but the shoes still would not return to full seat. Once the clutch is removed everything seems fine, the shoes snap right back into position. Any help would definitely be appreciated. The build of the clutch is very solid, and I really want to try it out once I get past this issue.
