We have never had a drive shaft on the buggy pop out either. We’ve been running the buggy now for a year. We usually run - 2 degrees of negative camber and 1 or 2 degrees of tow-out on the front.
We did have one pop out on the rear of the TR but since we have been running -3 degrees of camber on the rear and haven’t had it happen again.
I don’t know if it would work but you could try using the TR outdrives on the front. They are 2-3mm longer so the drive shaft would go up in them further. Let us know if you figure out the problem.
