This happend to me last week with my v-spec--Remove back plate and insert 1/2 inch dia wooden dowel or what I used was the handle i.e plastic of my tire cleaning brush..They do make a crank holdind tool for when this happens..Wedge something soft but strong..wedge the bottom beefy part of crank...works every time...but they do sell tools for this purpose..
