i dont use tissue between the warmer and tyre u might have to depending what type of tyre ur using (sorex bigger than take off) as theres diffrent size cups for the much more tyre warmers.
and yeah just wipe it off if there is any residue. i have my warmers on 60 degrees and i put them on a couple of races before mine so around 15 minutes.
