Is everything else as I described?
If so, and your only problem is that the carb won't close...you can loosen the throttle arm on the carb and roll it to the outside of the truck(toward the servo). Shouldn't take much. Also you can unsrcew the ball cup a little...that should push the carb barrel closed alittle.
Where did you get that motor?
